6. Return Shipping
For approved returns due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs are borne by Somasundara. In other cases, shipping charges may be applicable.
7. Bulk / Wholesale Orders
Returns for bulk and wholesale orders follow separate terms. Customers are advised to verify goods at the time of delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
